Subcontractors:

  • To access our FTP site for plans for projects we are bidding, please enter the login and password from your invitation to bid.
  • To access our FTP site for plans for projects in process, please enter the login and password supplied with your subcontract.
  • To check the status of payments for the jobs for which you have billed, please enter the login PAYMENTSTATUS and the password PAYMENTS. This link will take you to a schedule that shows:
    1. when we anticipate receiving payment from the owner
    2. when we actually receive credit in our bank account for a payment from the owner
    3. when you can anticipate receiving payment from us (once all of your required documentations has been received)
