Muir Middle School New Classroom Building

The design and construction of a new modular building featuring eight 960-square-foot classrooms have significantly upgraded the educational infrastructure. This comprehensive project included the construction of staff and student restrooms, utilities, site improvements, and a double-loaded corridor that connects all classrooms. This corridor features lockers and additional learning spaces, providing a functional and engaging environment for students.

Completed efficiently on an operational campus, this project was carefully managed to minimize disruption to the adjacent school. The use of adapted DSA prechecked designs allowed for innovative features like the double-loaded corridor, maximizing space and improving the overall learning experience. For schools and educational institutions in California looking to modernize their facilities, this project exemplifies effective construction and design practices.
