Tokay High School Modular Classroom Building

In response to rising enrollment in the school district, JL Modular developed a cutting-edge, two-story classroom building designed to enhance the learning experience for both students and educators. The new facility features 16 standard classrooms alongside four specialized science rooms equipped with modern amenities, including fume hoods and shared prep areas, to support a robust STEM curriculum.

The construction took place on an operational campus, which presented several logistical challenges. However, JL Modular’s experienced team planned each phase to ensure minimal disruption to daily school activities. By working closely with school administrators and staff, the project was completed efficiently, providing a seamless transition to the new educational environment.

The new building not only meets the immediate needs of the growing student population but also positions the school district to accommodate future growth, offering a high-quality educational space that fosters both academic excellence and safety.
