JL Modular is proud to have spearheaded a significant project involving the design and construction of a complete school replacement, encompassing seven new classroom buildings and an administration building. This comprehensive development resulted in a total of 21 modern, well-equipped classrooms. Utilizing our DSA prechecked clerestory design, we expedited both the design and approval phases, allowing the school to open its doors on the first day of the 2019 academic year.
Our classrooms are designed with a focus on natural light, incorporating clerestory windows to enhance the learning environment while meeting strict architectural standards. The accompanying administration building features a grand entrance and includes a community room for events, as well as dedicated spaces for administrative functions, including offices and conference rooms. This project not only highlights our capability to deliver efficient, timely construction but also underscores our dedication to creating educational spaces that foster both learning and community engagement.
